Onsight support offers a convenient, pay-as-you-go way to obtain repairs on equipment. All while it stays in sight. Customers are charged an hourly rate for travel, labor, parts, and freight.
Depot time and materials repair your broken down barcode printer and scanner equipment. Damaged equipment is sent to a repair facility and get diagnosed. After an estimate for the repair is approved, we will repair and ship your equipment — usually within 48 hours!
