High Heat Tags and Labels

These stocks are thermal transfer friendly, REACH and RoHS compliant, and are known for being resistant to the high temperatures encountered through many processes in the mill. Due to their durability, they can also withstand exposure to chemicals and various weather conditions. They are tear-resistant and halogen-free, making them ideal for tracking materials - from furnace to delivery.

Print on both sides of our double-coated, 5mil, high-temp polyimide tags. Choose between a white stock with a gloss surface on one side and matte on the other, or yellow with a gloss finish on both sides. Both can operate in temperatures of 572-752°F (300-400°C) and withstand short-term exposures of 1112°F (600°C).

Trebnick can provide high-temperature paper laminate material designed to operate in 392°F (200°C) environments with short-term exposures to 482°F (250°C), all with minimum curl. Its unique formulation allows for high-resolution thermal transfer printing - with a wide variety of ribbons.

We can provided white single-coated, 9mil, aluminum composite. It is designed to operate in temperatures ranging from 662-842°F (350-450°C) and short exposures of 932°F (500°C). All coatings are designed for thermal transfer printing and is receptive to manual marking with, pencil,  permanent marker, etc.
