Onsite time and materials repair offers a convenient, pay-as-you-go way to obtain repairs on your equipment when it breaks down, becomes damaged or simply is not working properly. Customers are charged hourly rates for travel and labor plus parts and freight, and repairs are done onsite.
Depot time and materials repair offers a convenient, pay-as-you-go way to obtain repairs on your barcode printers and scanner equipment when it breaks down, becomes damaged or simply is not working properly. Equipment is sent directly to one of our two depot repair facilities and is promptly diagnosed by our highly trained staff. An estimate for the printers repair is provided, and upon approval of the estimate, we will promptly make the repair, and ship back your equipment — usually within 48-hours.
