INDUSTRIES WE SERVE
High Heat Tags and Labels
These tags can withstand the high temperatures encountered through many processes in the mill. They also provide high tear resistances, making them the ideal choice for tracking materials - all the way from furnace to delivery.
Polyimide
Trebnick can provide double coated, 5 mil high temperature polyimide bar code tags with thermal transfer printable surfaces on both sides of the tag. Options include a gloss white surface on one side and matte on the other, or gloss yellow surfaces on both sides. Both tags withstand operational temperatures of 300-400°C and short term temperature of 600°C.
Paper
Our high temperature paper laminate material is designed to operate in 200°C environments with short term exposures to 250°C. It’s unique formulation allows high resolution thermal transfer printing - with a wide variety of ribbons. In addition, it provides a very high tear resistance and minimum curl at high temperatures.
Aluminum
Trebnick provides white single coated 9mil aluminum composite. This includes an operational temperature range of 350-450°C and short exposures of 500°C. All coatings are designed for thermal transfer printing and are receptive to manual marking with permanent markers, crayons, etc.
