- The graphics now look like a photographic image quality with real people in the image to enhance the products appeal.
- We took the plate count to produce the product down from 239 plates to 129 plates- an artwork savings of an additional 50%.
New, less expensive, higher imaged shelf product completely out classed all of their competitors. Our Ink Jet On Demand solution is the first solution of this sort in the world.

An automatically applicated product.
- While visiting the client, our team noticed that the backing paper was not suitable for automatic application.
- The plant application engineer stated that they used 25% more labels than bottles that were shipped because the product broke continually in the application process.
One visit by our team saved the client 25% on finished labels purchased for the same application with the correct backing material to hold up in a harsh environment labeling process.

We created a two-sided super gloss adhesive tag printed as a product identification tag/label that will automatically seal to itself with a special die cut when part of the super gloss tag is removed in production. It automatically exposes an adhesive that can let the tag loop through the product and seal to itself and have a hi-quality image on both sides of the label tag on a displayed product. We created the product to speed up the application process in production and also have a product with enhanced curb appeal of both sides of the tag/label being of enhanced imaging materials. The product was also was less expensive than all the previous products used in this process.

In 1994, Trebnick Systems found out what material was used to wrap dynamite and used that material, Valeron, to make a bar-code tag for the steel industry (which is now history). Valeron will not tear in either direction and is UV resistant and weather and water resistant. Valeron started as a sample at a film show in 1994 and is now used to label steel products with bar-coded identification tags for transport around the world. Valeron has also been used in the lumber industry.

Tags on the client's products were easily torn off and the product was often retagged with the wrong label at a retail stores. Trebnick Systems made new tags out of Valeron used a 4 color process to create a New York advertising image on a product previously known for its strength. Now the product is identified with process colors and the Valeron tags are never torn off. This also was repeated on leather jackets, automotive parts, and very expensive furniture for three other specialty applications.

The client wanted a polyester drum label to be used on fiber drums, steel drums and HDPE drums. The product had to be imaged through a laser printer. Trebnick systems, Inc. resourced a custom polyester out of Asia which produced a better image on the product. After sourcing the material, we worked with adhesives that could be shipped around the world and never come off of HDPE drums. This was accomplished by meeting British Maritime Standard 5609, in which drums are dumped in the sea to ensure that the label on the drum holds up to salt water for an extended amount of time. The client has stated that they have had zero defects since using our product in the drum label industry for all their clients.
