Trebnick Systems is a custom process label and tag manufacturer. We specialize in synthetic materials such as Valeron®, the strongest tag and label material available. Our synthetic materials offer many solutions for hard to solve tag and label applications such as tear resistant labels, and puncture resistant tags as well as harsh environment labels and tags. In addition to providing the appropriate material for your label and tag application, we offer many adhesives that complement different types of synthetic material. Trebnick provides permanent, removable or repositionable adhesive labels for many applications including hi-temperature, wood, drum, plastic, steel and even glass surfaces. We also offer custom top coatings for various printing methods such as thermal transfer, laser, dot matrix, inkjet and direct thermal printing. Trebnick is a family run Flexography printer. Our color printers run up to 16 colors. We convert and die cut metalized film, shrink heat seal film, shrink film, pressure sensitive labels and flexible packaging product tags in paper, HDPE, poly and vinyl.
